About Me...

Hi, I'm Kasia! I'm an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working relationally, grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be truly heard, without judgment. In my approach, I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe space to talk, I’m here to listen. Creating a warm, non-judgmental environment is my priority — a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to explore whatever’s on your mind.

Psychotherapist

I am a Polish-born integrative therapist that has lived in South London for  over 20 years. I offer therapy in both English and Polish. Before training as a counsellor, I spent many years bridging languages, cultures and systems as a public service interpreter, working across Children’s Services, the NHS and the justice system. This experience gave me a unique insight into how challenging it can be to navigate complex institutions, cultural expectations and life transitions, as well as how powerful it is to feel genuinely heard and understood.

I have a particular interest in working with young adults, mixed heritage clients, children of immigrants, and those exploring questions of identity, belonging and cultural experience. Many of my clients come to therapy while navigating the particular pressures of their late twenties and early thirties, including relationships, family expectations, career uncertainty, life transitions and a search for a stronger sense of self. Through a warm, collaborative and trauma-informed approach, I offer a space where you can explore your experiences openly, whether in English or Polish, and develop greater understanding, resilience and self-acceptance.

As a Polish therapist in London providing bilingual therapy in English and Polish across the UK, I understand the complexities of living between cultures and the impact this can have on identity, relationships and wellbeing. My practice welcomes those seeking a therapist for children of immigrants, a mixed heritage counsellor, or support with the unique challenges of building a life across different cultural worlds. I now help my clients to hear their own story to understand it’s meaning and its impact on them by exploring their past and present. The question isn't 'what is wrong with you?' but 'what has happened to you?'.
